Problem
Weaving machinery faced numerous challenges with an outdated, unintuitive user interface and a subpar user experienceon their website. Machinery lacked contact options, hindering potential customer engagement. The primary objective was to boost enquiries and improve user interaction.
Solution
Through meticulous research, we analysed competitors and mapped out diverse user journeys. Employing low-fi wireframes, we tested various journeys and restructured the information architecture for a more logical flow. Clear visual hierarchy and intuitive navigation were implemented, enhancing the overall user experience.
Results
A new sleek website was created which transformed the user experience dramatically.
